Rates and additional services

• Prices: indicated per week with arrival on Sunday at 4.00pm and departure on Sunday at 10.00am.

• Final cleaning: included

• Household linen: included

• Animals: allowed with a surplus of €50 per animal.

Cancellation and withdrawal policy

• The reservation is subject to receipt of the deposit.

• In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained in full pursuant to the art. 1385 c.c. 

Tourist tax

From 1 April to 31 October: €1.25 per day per person. Valid for the first 14 days of your stay. Children up to 12 years old and disabled people with a companion are exempt. The tax is collected on behalf of the Municipality of San Vincenzo and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

House rules

• Garden: both the private one and the shared one are at your disposal.

• Number of guests: cannot exceed the booked beds.

• Check‑in: from 4pm to 7pm on the first day booked.

• Check‑out: by 10:00 on the last day.

• Final cleaning: included.

• Damage: any damage not reported at check-in will be the guest's responsibility.

• Use of the accommodation: the rental is for holiday use and does not entail residency rights.

Privacy and acceptance clauses

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree. . 196/2003 and the European Regulation GDPR 679/2016 exclusively for administrative and commercial purposes. With the booking confirmation, the clauses indicated in articles 1–14 are expressly approved pursuant to articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code.
